  • Job Description

    1. Develop and implement a suitable HR strategy for each year;
    2. Support hiring process & related procedures. Conduct Welcome & Orientation training for new employees.
    3. Supporting and proposing the company's salary, bonus, and welfare policy;
    4. Build KPI, HR Evaluation for staff salary increment and promotion
    5. Acting as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees; understanding the thoughts and aspirations of the company's employees. Advise the Board of Directors to make decisions on personnel;
    6. Develop Company regulation and welfare
    7. Responsible for handling general affairs (visa, work permit).
    8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    1. Educational background: University degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administra,tion or relevant majors
    2. Experiences:
    - Having at least 5 years experience as HR staff.
    - Having experience in C&B, making labor contract, building up KPI, processing visa and work permit for foreigners employees
    3. Language: Strong Intermediate level..
    4. Other skills.
    - Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
    - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
    - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
    - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
