    Though Japanese Engineer was in charge of this position before, they want Vietnamese staff to control the quality and they decided to hire this positon

    【Job Summary】
    Responsible for QC at the factory in Dong Nai

    【Job description(details)】
    - Quality control for production order of yarn from customers in the partner factory
    - Sample check
    - Management of basic production books
    - Selecting a standard color and checking if the color matches the actual product
    - Physical examination for durability, color transfer etc.
    - Comparing colors on the screen with visual inspection and making them same color (using by Excel)
    - Obtaining certification of oeko-tex to proof of safety (https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/) and Global Recycled Standard
    - Dearling with trouble and complaint handling from customers (check production record, discuss with engineers...)
    - Other tasks assigned by Japanese Engineer

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 2 years of experience in working as a QC
    - Japanese: N2 intermediate (to communicate wiht Japanese Engineer)
    - English: Conversation level (can send email)

    <PREFER>
    - Have experience in working at Garment/ Apparel/ Texile industry
    - Having experience in working at Japanese company or living in Japan
