    And now, they are hiring a new R&D manager.

    [What you will be working on]
    - Learning how to make Japanese products and building a production line.
    - Communicating with the Japanese headquarters to improve the production line.
    - During the training time, learn technical jobs of manufacturing medical products,
    or technical skills, product manufacturing methods in the manufacturing department.
    - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - At least 3 years of experience as R＆D staff in a manufacturing company.
    (such as food, and medical equipment.)
    - English: Intermediate level
    - At least 3 years of experience as a team leader.

    <PREFER>
    - Having experience working in a Japanese company. (like food and medical materials)
    - Can speak Japanese.
    - Having knowledge of medical equipment.
    - People who can think proactively and act on their own.
