    1 Report to Head of Regional Sales Marketing (RSM) in Singapore.
     Manage Country Product Manager in each ASEAN Country to maximize profit

    2 Business plan management.
    * Conduct activities in line with corporate strategy.
    * Establish regional management goals and objectives that drive product growth in line with the direction of the company.
    * Annual and semi-annual business plans.
    * Set clear goals for product growth and development.
    * Develop and develop a strong regional product team to maximize the achievement of business goals.
    Involve key stakeholders in developing, implementing and assessing appropriate business plans and initiatives.
    We support the efforts of each country in these areas.
    * Design and execute business plans and strategies to achieve profit goals, including efficient cost management.
    Includes efficient cost control.
    * Propose appropriate resources to carry out business activities.
    * Monitor and manage monthly, quarterly and yearly regional performance in line with set goals and KPIs.
    * Review monthly performance and propose appropriate measures for improvement.
    * Analyze business results on a regular basis and provide improvement support as needed.
    * Hold PHS meetings as needed.
    * Attend MD meetings as needed.

    3 Regional Sales & Marketing (RSM) activities
    * Regularly visit SE countries to support joint sales calls and local business development activities.
    You may also attend a video conference under unusual circumstances.
    * Perform regular market research and analysis to fully understand the general market conditions that affect your business.
    * Perform regular market research and analysis to fully understand the general market conditions that affect your business, and conduct sales activities in line with the reality of the market.
    * Supports solution design for country projects such as supply chain data collection and analysis, optimization, process improvement and reengineering, and cost reduction.
    We support project solution design in each country such as process improvement, reengineering, and cost accounting.
    * Provides marketing information to support sales activities.
    * Regularly review existing products and consider new products that will contribute to strengthening the business.
    * Regularly provide promotional materials for product development, especially new services and solutions.
    * Supports coordination of business development, campaigns and pipeline activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Any Nationality
    - Around 10 years’ experience working the management position
    - Business level English
    - Solid knowledge of Warehouse.
    - Key account management of global manufacturing firm (Ex. Intel, Apple etc.)

    Upper-Intermediate Level
