• Job Description

  One of our Japanese clients, which is providing international logistics service, is now looking for Customer service staff.
  
  [What you will be working on]
  -To provide a consistently high level of service to internal and external customers.
  -To offer schedule information, service parameters, and release and cut-off information, shipping instructions (bookings), changes in destination, delays in transit, and customer inquiries or complaints.
  -To respond in a timely manner to queries (both internal and external) pertaining to export documentation issues and to strive at all times to meet established quality guidelines.
  -UFS data input timely.
  -Conduct all daily assigned jobs following the SOP, ISO requirement.
