• Job Description

  One of our clients, which is a Japanese manufacturing company, is now looking for a Warehouse Manager to join this dynamic team.
  Your main responsibility is planning, directing and monitoring respective areas including stock receiving, order fulfilment, distribution operations and warehouse management.
  You will be reporting to the Japanese MD and having around 10 subordinates.
  
  【What You will be working on】
  -Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing goods.
  -Manage the warehouse staff activities to ensure that the team’s resources are utilized effectively and efficiently that work schedules.
  -Monitor staff to ensure that all machines and equipment are operated in a safe manner.
  -Motivate warehouse team by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  -Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, OJT, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  -Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
