    ・Assume of an Assistant & interpreter for Japanese co-workers in the company (Sales, Admin, others)
    ・Perform administrative tasks supporting Japanese co-workers in the company.
    ・Make and record minutes of meetings Japanese co-workers in the company.
    ・Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's Degree,
    - Japanese: N2 certificate or up
    - English: basic level to use for email and translate simple document
    - Have working experience in Japanese company before
    ・Have working experience as assistant or related position which work between Japanese and Vietnamese staff
    - Have good communication skills, logical thinking, High sense of responsibility.
    - Proficient in Word/Excel.
    - Can go on a business trip

    <Preferred>
    - Majoring in Japanese
    - Have knowledge and experience in logistic field
