  • Job Description

    • Provide training to new Sales staff and advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on Highend product.
    • Support Salespersons and Customers for any technical queries on Keyence’s products.
    • Participate in Seminars to explain about Keyence’ s products and functions.
    • Provide consultation to Customers to maximize product’ s performance.
    • Provide first training to Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision,
    etc.
    • Offering After-sales support services, Solving client problems.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor of engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
    - AGE: under 30-year-old Male candidates
    - 1-5 years experienced in Technical Support/ R&D, working in Factory Automation industry is an advantage.
    - Experienced in PLC programming is a PLUS.
    - Excellent commands of English.
    - Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
    - Well-organized, time-management & multi-tasking skills.
    - Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
