    ★Responsibility
    -Report to Vietnamese Manager and Japanese top management
    -Manage production department

    ★Detail
    -Penetration of 5S, Kaizen, 6Σ, etc.
    -Create and improve the operation of the Production dept
    -Technical guidance for production/manufacturing technology
    -Manufacturing line process improvement
    -Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    -Graduated from college or university
    -Live in Hai Duong or Hung Yen now
    -Japanese N2 intermediate level or above.
    -Having experience in Japanese manufacturing company as Production staff( Processing factory, Assembly factory)
    -Management experience

    <Prefer>
    - Live near the company
