    Will charge for construction project sales.

    - Build the relationship with an agent
    - Build the relationship with real estate company staff, to catch up with the new project information
    - Check the construction schedule
    - Handover the project detail to Construction Management
    - Attend to check the onsite, following up the clients
    - Some times will require entertainment with customers


Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Has 5 years of sales experience in Construction Companies. (General construction, sub construction)
    - English intermediate level (Internal communication is ENG)
    - Willing to go outside and visit client frequently

  • English Level

    Upper-Intermediate Level

  • Other Language

    None
