    - Responsible for Apartment accounting cum support Chief accounting. ＊around 1000 units
    The Residence is River Panorama＊around 1000 units

    Details
    ‐ Calculating replacement income and expenses, and taking over replacement properties
    *Replacement refers to the process of changing management companies
    - Management cost estimation
    - Preparation of budget plan for management association
    - Introduction of accounting system
    - Creation of accounting SOPs
    - Creation of KPIs for employees
    - Collect money from the owner *The condominium room owners
    - Payment processing to maintain common areas.
    ＊Pay for construction work and monthly electricity charges, water charges, maintenance room telephone charges etc.
    - Invoice dispatch

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Be able to start working immediately
    - Be able to workable in 7 district
    - English: Upper-Intermediate (Must be able to speak English with Non-Native English speakers.)
    - At least 2years having experience in management building companies OR similar industories
    - Having experience for a manager for the same position(accounting manager)

    【PREFER】
    - At least 10years having experience management companies.
    - Having working experience in Savilles or CBRE management companies.
