    ★Responsibility
    -Expanding new client for MMC and Japanese client

    ★Job detail
    -Cold calling and Mail Magazine
    -Visit client and MTG with Vietnamese HR and Manager(GD or CEO)
    -Support consultant during training.
    -MTG with the consultant(Both JP &VN) and providing information to create the best solution
    -MTG with Japanese manager in the office

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    -Japanese N1(Not required certification)
    -At least 1year of sales experience in any industry
    -Having strong interest Organization Development
    -English Conversational


    [Advantage]
    -English more than upper-intermediate
    -Having experience in the Human resource industry
