  Before machines to customer’s project
  -Have the mechanic check the machine to make sure it is running properly, replenish fuel if needed.
  -Prepare documents related to the machine that customers need (registration, insurance, customs declaration ...).
  
  Machines in rental time:
  -Go to the site to check machine operation, operators, and customer requests if any.
  -Seek repair if the machine has been damaged to ensure it can be quickly operated again.
  
  After customer inform to stop contract:
  -Arranging mechanics, transporting the machine to disassemble and transport the machine to the warehouse (unless the customer transports the machine themself).
  
  Repair tools, fuel, raw materials at yards:
  -Regularly check inventory, to make sure it is always ready.
  -Monitor mechanics exporting raw materials to import into inventory file.
  -Get a quotation of supplies to propose a purchase.
