    Responsible for Recruitment / Training for this company

    Duties
    Recruiting（Screening of documents, interview, issuance of letter of intent)
    Communicating with recruitment companies
    Creation and implementation of an internal training system
    Acceptance and training of new employees
    Payroll and labor-related services (payroll calculation, insurance procedures, etc.)

    ※We have a legal department that is not responsible for organizing contracts and other documents.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Japanese: At least N2 advanced OR English Upper-Intermediate (At least 700 TOEIC)
    - At least 2 years have experienced as a manager
    - At least 5 years of having experiences for GA & HR

    【PREFER】
    ‐ Strong at Recruitment & Training.
    - Japanese N1 level
    - Having an experienced Operation manager

    Upper-Intermediate Level
