Job Description
1. Making annual plan for investment in machine and tools
(Investment rate analysis)
2. Making plan for new machine model (From production of N1~N5 - mass production)
- Stage design
- Making stage quality management board (Flow chat, FMEA, Processing conditions)
3. Revise document standardization from past to present
4. Manage the work of technical department (assign and monitor the progress of technical department staff according to monthly plan)
5. Making enhancement to improve quality and productivity
6. Other jobs as directed by the production manager and B.O.D
Qualifications
Requirement
<MUST>
- Have around 3-5 years of experience as Production Engineer with management
- Have strong knowledge about Production Engineer and Technical skill
- A person who can think "what should he do to improve the productivity" by himself
- Logical thinking
- Proficient in using Word, Excel

- Knowing JapaneseEnglish Level
