  - Responsible for management for all operational departments mainly the Import&Export dept.
  
  ■Operation manager
  - Advice and discuss with office staffs
  - Manage tasks with the office staff.
  - Build good teamwork and relationships with employee
  
  ■Import&Export
  - Visit Customs and negotiate when a problem happens
  - Teach staffs how to calculate a numbers
  
  ■GA＆HR
  - Negotiation with the Vietnamese government
  *about import&export, employment low. etc..
  - Review the working environment and discuss with the employee and Japanese manager
  
  ■Accounting
  - Communicate with accounting Assistant Manager and staffs
