• Job Description

  - According to Vietnamese manager and Japanese manager, will do tasks below. (Mainly support task related to below)
  - Updating bank daily and note the large fluctuations, make the monthly report at the end of each month.
  - Updating the daily actual cash flow and expense from each department in Cash flow Statements, follow up the expense situations from each department and make suggestions for improvements.
  - Corporate with Finance Manager for making Forecasted Cash Flows by monthly, quarterly and yearly, and make comparison to the actual figures. Find out the reasons for the differences and suggest some solutions for effective managements.
  - Base on the Cash Flow, corporate with Finance Manager to make the Deposit and Loan Schedule at the right time, prevent the financial risks and improve company’s finance position.
  - Corporate with Finance Manager for making P&L by each store and control the business performance.
  - Corporate with Finance Manager for Planning New Year Budget and Finance for each department.
  - Suggest to Finance Manager about improvements of Company’s Financial Operation including Factoring, Leasing, Faster Cash Transfer, etc. and create good relationships with financial institutions.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager on time.
