    *Responsible for corresponding Import - Export task
    *Making necessary documents of client demand such as dead line, number and quality)
    *Corresponding with supplier
    *Making order controlling file to control stock of our products
    *Corporate together with oversea supplier and forwarder to adjust exporting to follow schedule
    *Taking care Import Export treble if need
    *Controlling by Excel
    *Cooperate 1 more import , export staff in office

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    *2 years experience as import and export
    *Upper intermediate English to understand e-mail and talk with Japanese
    *Excel skill
    ★Office is so quiet , the person who can stay in quite office

    *Japanese skill to talk
