    ★Responsibility
    Designing BIM 3D modeling and cost accounting for client

    ★Details
    -Cost management Process in Building Projects
    -Using Revit in creating Family/Template to manage and extract information related to Quantity Take off
    -Take off quantity manually based on Drawings and using Revit/Cubicost
    -Understand the principles of cost estimation.
    -Combine disciplines and Clash detection using Navisworks, extract clash reports
    -Integration and data management for interoperability across software applications.
    -Execution of Revit modeling and drawing output in compliance with BIM Protocol and agreed standards.
    -Coordinate hand over of model and data at agreed project milestones.
    -Training of junior modelers
    -Carry out the Revit training, BIM training

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ★Must
    -Having more than 2 years of experience of using Revit( Not MEP)
    -Having more than 2years of experience for cost accounting for the project that based on the Model
    -English intermediate

    ★Advantage
    -Programming Language: Dynamo, Phyton
    -Japanese more than N3

  • Benefit

    - Depend on the Incentive, Bonus will be paid 2 (two) times per year based on Japanese Compensation System
    - Salary raise 2 times a year: at least 5% in November, depends on individual skills in May
