    - Responsible for the assistant GM for start-up B to B business in this company.

    Details
    - Management for sales staffs and manager(HCM, Hanoi)
    ex) How to Developing customers, Management KPIs
    - Build relationships with customers.
    - This sales department is a new startup
    - Meeting with Japanese managers.
    - Discuss with Enginers (SE) about how to construct.
    - Sales for Top companies sometimes
    - Other Tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    - Having experience in B2B sales, related lighting products.
    - Strong leadership skill (around 15 members)
    - At least 5 years experience of managing 2-3 Subordinates.
    - At least 10 years experience of B2B subject sales activities.
    - Having Connection to ME contractor or experience in sales activities
    - Experience connecting to developers or sales activities
    - Responsible personality
    - English: Upper-Intermediate
