  - Responsible for coordinating the project with around 300 operation staff in the call center
  - Supporting two Managers to become a good organization
  - Coordinate with other division or team if need
  - Have an interview to follow up when members likely quit
  - Manage the attendance of around 300 operation staff every day
  - Reporting immediately to Manager if something happens in the fields
  - Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing their goals
  - Other tasks as assigned by Manager
