    Management of construction site

    ★Details
    - Management of Site;
    --Corporate with Subcontractor companies/teams and clients
    --Management and direction of workers via Site Manager from other company
    --Control and manage the safety in the Site
    --Process control along with the plan
    --Quality control along with client demand
    - Making documents
    - Design, check and fix the architectural drawing

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ★Must
    - At least 3 years experience as Site Manager in Japanese company
    - Can speak Japanese (N3 above)
    - Graduated from University, majoring Architecture, Construction or related department

    ★Advantage
    - AutoCad Skill
    - Can speak Japanese well
    - Certification of Construction or Architecture
