  - Advice and discuss with office staffs
  - Manage task with office staffs, mainly with 27age female GA&HR staff

  - Plan to Training system (Manufactury, QC, GA)
  - Go to outside training
  - Negotiation with the Vietnamese government (DIZA)
  *about export, employment low. etc..
  - Review the working environment and discuss with the employee and Japanese manager

  - Prepare hotel for visitors (President of HQ etc)
  - Make VISA for a Japanese manager
  - Another task needed
