    -Japanese Directer is kind (he is report line) and good environment.

    【Job Summary】
    - Receiving pre-alert from oversea agent. Tracing & follow up until cargo arrival.
    - Collect document, information and go to warehouse to receive original document. Contact cnee, release D/O, follow up cargo until releasing to cnee and send POD. Input data into UFS
    - Build up and maintain good relationship with customers and related parties.
    - Contact agent to solve all problem happen with customs declaration, documents, label, flight,…Do all jobs relevant to import docs.
    - Checking UFS to have any adjustment accordingly, checking and requesting payment to warehouse at end of each month.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    -Education: University graduation(Customs College or International Trade College)
    -Language: English Upper-intermediate(fluent) AND Korean *use for customers
    -Good skill of Microsoft office software
    -Experience: Min 2-year in forwarding sales

    <WANT>
    -Education: Foreign Trade University
    -Work in foreign freight forwarding company

    <Characteristics>
    -Being able to work under high pressure
    -Having a good capacity of persuasion
