    - Responsible for Project Leder for members.
    *5-10 members.

    - Management Project of Sales system business, EC site, etc
    - Business trip to Hue (one day to one week/month) * Depends on the project.
    - Report and approve it when the president coming.
    - Review and development systems when not on a business trip.
    - Management for team schedule.

    There is also communication with customers.
    - Business negotiations. If you can speak English, directly to the customers. If not, a communicator will transrate fo you.
    *If you can speak Japanese, use Japanese.
    The customers are a company that starts a company in Vietnam. (Owners may be multinational companies)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - At least 2 years having experiences for Project leader in the same business.
    - Be able to review source code of JAVA and .NET.
    *management for team schedules, be able to estimate.
    - Having experience in quality management.
    - Language Japanese N2 basic or English Intermediate level.
    * for typing on e-mail.

    <WANT>
    - Having experience with a Japanese company in Japan,
    - HAving experiences of Salesforce license.
    *Salesforce management. Those who can develop. A person who can be customized to a company.
    * Same as Kintone.
    - Be able to do for another language, especially PHP/Python.
