• Job Description

  +Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases
  and retrospectives
  +Ensuring the delivery team commits to their definition of done
  +Visual representation and management of work in the sprint e.g. card walls and burn-up charts
  +Management of the Master Story List (MSL) with the Product Owner, ensuring it is adequately maintained, stories are up to date and ready to play into a sprint
  +Prioritise impediments and to coach the team to resolve them
  +Participate in the maintenance and enhancement of the agile program delivery in the business
  +Manage conflict resolution within/between delivery team and stakeholders
  +Manage team capacity and negotiate priorities / timelines  with Product Owners and other business stakeholders
  You are:
  +Experienced in agile processes, lean software development and devops principals;
  +Enthusiastic and able to bring high-energy to the Agile team;
  +Able to manage the continuous improvement process within the team;
  +Able to help the team achieve a sustainable pace with space for innovation and learning;
  +Able to balance the need to delivery while ensuring a quality outcome for customers;
  +Experienced in developing, monitoring and communicating team reports and metrics;
