  • Job Description

    ★Responsibility
    Designing BIM 3D modeling for "MEP"

    ★Details
    -Execution of Revit modeling and drawing output for MEP for factories, warehouses or shops.
    -Integration and data management for interoperability across software applications
    -Extraction of data for quantity take-off and material schedules
    -Coordinate hand over of the model and data at the agreed project milestones
    -Corresponding with Japanese Headquarter
    -Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ★Must
    -Japanese N3 level
    -Experience of using Revit or CAD for BIM in work at least for 1 year


    ★Advantage
    -Japanese N2 or higher level
    -Experience in MEP field

    ★Priority
    Japanese skill > BIM skill > Knowledge for MEP

  • English Level

    Upper-Intermediate Level

  • Other Language

    None
