  *Responsible for developing career adviser team to maximize our performance and each member's career
  *Cooperate with career adviser directly and manage their task to maximize their KPI
  *Report directly to Japanese manager
  *Cooperate together with both Japanese manager and CA member to make company be better
  *Developing internal training team together by cooperation together with Japanese
  *Have to understand company side strategy and idea to let Vietnamese member understand
  *Would like to make company that Vietnamese and Japanese can communicate more
  *Slogan; 「Respect each other」
  *Other tasks as needed
