  ★Responsibility
  Assist the Japanese manager and learn everything about domestic delivery tasks and management from him to be a manager
  
  ★Details
  Support and learn below tasks, which are conducted by Japanese Manager
  - Responsible for managing all of the tasks in the Domestic Expres delivery department as Manager
  - Manage 200-250 staffs in the department of North-Middle area
  - Control and manage these staffs by remotely
  - Business Management which including Supply chain, HUB, Truck, Sales, QC, CS, OP management, Warehouse management, and Credit management
  - Control all task of Domestic Express delivery management business
  - Support for sales activities
  - Manage their operations related to Human resources, Accounting, and Administrations
  - Improve business quality
  - Manage schedule for Express delivery
  - Regional jurisdiction of domestic courier
  
  - Other tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager
