  • Job Description

    {Purpose}
    - This position plays a role as HR Business Partner in Amata city Ha Long in order to maintain the HR operation for Amata city Ha Long site as talent acquisition management, learning & development, compensation & Benefit, Performance appraisal management, Provide, analysis and manage all HR data and reports following HRIS.
    {Job summary}
    - Conduct the staffing activities by determining the appropriate hiring channels (executive search, newspaper, online, job fairs, networking…) to utilize the candidate pool; screening the job applications and coordinating the interviews with line managers; consulting for the line managers in hiring decision making to hire qualify candidate on time. (30%)
    - Conduct all training activities follow business requirement and centralize development policy and plan (10%)
    - Support HR Manager in the following and monitoring the performance management system (10%)
    - Manage compensation & benefit following centralize policy (salary monthly payment, SHUI, PIT) (20%)
    - Make sure the necessary data and information of related HR are maintained and provided to the board of management if required (10%)
    - Manage all HR document (hard copy and soft copy) following 5S. Cooperate with related government office to ensure HR compliance, especially update HR report to government (10%)
    - Participate in HR project case by case basis and when required by manager (10%)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    {MUST}
    - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, Language.
    - 1-3 years in HR, especially strong in recruitment
    - English skill: intermedidate
    - Working attitude:
    - Enthusiasm for the works + honest.
    - Good communication skills and having good relationship in related works with the competent Authorities.
    - Interview Skills
    - Labor Relation, Law and Regulations

    {PREFER}
    - Living near company.
    - Can speak one more language as Chinese, Japanese, Korean will be advantage
    - Have experience at the same position in the construction company will be advantage.
