    【Job Summary】
    -Responsible for sales
    -Sales activities of steel products (Use Japanese, English, Vietnamese for customers including Japanese-based general contractors and Vietnamese local companies, including entertainment activities like dinner on weekdays.
    -Support of management of affiliated companies in local investments
    a) Attend meetings of the board of directors and the general meetings of shareholders with GM or Managers and prepare their minutes (Japanese)
    b) Gathering information through daily transactions with related companies and reporting the contents to GM and Managers and Tokyo (in English and/or in Japanese).
    c) Occasionally, dinner on weekdays with employees from affiliated companies.
    -Other General Manager special order matters.
    *no commissions but there is a performance bonus

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    -education: University degree
    -Language: English (upper-intermediate) for internal AND Japanese (N2 intermediate or advanced) for customers
    -Aggressive, Enthusiastic and ambitious *Being creative and able to make new proposals without waiting for instructions
    -Ability to understand the background and recognize the customers' new requests
    -Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for presenting, emailing and reporting purposes.
    *Fresh OKAY: as long as their language skill is good and have a business positive mind
    <WANT>
    -Experience: the purchase, sales, negotiation, new customer and product developments
    -Ability to understand others even when there is a conflict of interest
    -Good communication skill with positive conversation
    -Skilled at tough and calm negotiations
