  Localization planning & implementation: To seek reliable suppliers and accelerate parts localization for cost reduction
  - Plan parts localization for Automotive parts
  - Seek reliable suppliers by supplier investigation and evaluation
  - Negotiating with suppliers for engineering (Drawing, Parts quality) and business point of view
  - Feasibility study by parts
  - Support procurement section for cost analyst, ordering preparation, etc.
  - Support QC section for parts inspection and PPAP before mass production
  - Receive/ Checking local parts/ materials from suppliers and deliver to MNF for production
