    - Responsible for improve production lines from multiple perspectives to increase production efficiently; keeping high quality and diminishing costs
    - Understanding whole process of manufacturing products in detail
    - Discussing with Japanese manager and proposing the best solution to problems
    - Communicating with colleagues in producing site
    - Playing a role as a bridge between the R&D, design departments and the site, and being involved in reviewing work content and staffing

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    - Experience in Cad (3D Cad prefer)
    - Experience in using matal processing machine; Milling machine, Machining center
    - Can go to Ben Cat by yourself (no shuttle bus)

    <Advantage>
    - N3 level of Japanese skill
    - English of intermediate level
