    <Job Duties>
    -Develop human resourse management
    (such as HR system/Attendance system/Payroll system/Health/Mental health/Electronic records)
    -Develop system with using Java
    -Design of program and coding
    -Get order from Japan
    (Making plans and desingning system in Japan which is the head office)

    <Project>
    -Work on project as a team
    -There are about 4 projects at the same time in the company
    -There are Japanese managers and Vietnamese leaders in each team
    -There are up to 80 staffs in 1 team

    -Java

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Have at least 2 year of work experience as Java developer
    - Have much knowledge, skills of IT
    - Graduates related to the IT field
    - Willing to learn many kinds of things (not only Java )
    - Nice, Cooperate, Flexible personality
    - Desire to work for the long term

    <BETTER>
    -Japanese skill
