  - Attendance management for all staffs
  - Communicate with Japanese head office, and send and receive documents.
  - Staff salary check
  - Purchase equipment
  - Submission of attendance documents to an external accounting agency.
  - Recruitment activities (recruitment requests, offer letters, contract creation, etc.)
  - Resident Japanese visa, work permit, residence card procedure
