  Import and export: Sales support= 9:1
  
  <Import and export>
  - Contact with customers and suppliers to process export-import operation
  - Deal with each step of the shipping process.
  - Track shipments and communicate with clients about the package's progress.
  - Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries.
  - Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
  - Prepare import-export documentation.
  - Compile carrier and route assignments.
  - Compute international fees for each shipment.
  - Keep track of shipment payments and data, and register packages with government agencies.

  - Process documentation, such as customs clearance...
  - Arrange meeting schedules
  - Others assigned by managers
  
  <Use Language Situation>
  - English: communicate with a client on e-mail or on the phone
  - Japanese: communicate with the Japanese manager.
  * The candidate will communicate with HQ, if the candidates can communicate Japanese well.
