  • Job Description

    - Responsible for taking care of all kinds of process for manufacturing/production
    - To be a leader to lead workers in the production/manufacturing line
    - Support opening factory
    - Check machines as needed
    - Check the process if it is working well
    - Solve the problems if needed
    - Reports to Vietnamese factory manager or Japanese manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Japanese skill: N3 Advanced
    - Have an interest in working in Manufacturing to take care of many kinds of things as a leader
    - Have a leadership/ cooperative personality
    - Willing to learn about Fiber products/industry
    - Be able to work in Japan for training for about 6 months
    - Live near the company
    - Be able to work for the long term

    <Preffered>
    - Have work experience in a Japanese manufacturing
    - Have work experience or knowledge about Fiber products/industry
