    - Handle quality issue of material (mainly check coating process)
    - Be an Interpreter between Japanese and Vietnamese staff
    - Translate documents as needed
    - Conducting visual and measurement tests
    - Rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
    - Make documents and report to Japanese Manager as needed
    - Handle tasks in the office-based on ISO ; Plan, Do, Check, Act
    - Handle or support Admin tasks as needed
    --Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Have work-experience as QA for 2 years
    - Have experience finding and solving the problems
    - Japanese skills : N2 Intermediate (Need to communicate in Japanese in the office)

    <Preferred>
    - Be able to understand Japanese working style
    - Report correctly
    - Talk to people politely
    - Be punctual
    - Be able to think logically, be smart
    - Have knowledge or willing to learn some parts/equipment for automobiles
    - Desire to work for the long term
    - Have knowledge of parts/equipment for automobiles
    - Have work-experience in foreign companies
    - Have much knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001
    - Living near the company
