  • Job Description

    - Achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales targets;
    - Generate sales leads for enhancing market share through routine and focusing sales activities;
    - Plan and carry out sales calls and demonstrations to promote and sell products;
    - Develop and maximize business opportunities in assigned territories;
    - Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals;
    - Provide backup support in marketing & sales through thorough understanding of individual market situation, potentials, and requirements
    - Keep the management informed on matters of specific business interest such as market conditions, competitive situations, product needs, etc;
    - Work closely and efficiently with other departments, including Technical Support, Marketing and Administration, for striving to success of the company

  • Requirement

    <MUST >
    - University degree in Chemical Technology, Science or Engineering
    - At least 5 years of direct sales experience in industrial equipment
    - Good interpersonal and presentation skills and able to work independently as well as team
    - Fluency in English

    <PREFERABLE >
    - Experience in paints/plastics or other color applications will be preferable
    - Chinese speaking is a plus
