  ★Responsibility
  - To be in charge of many kinds of tasks related to this field
  
  ★Details
  - Manage and lead staff in all section as a Manager (with other Managers and Japanese director)
  - Making business plans
  - Advise and instruct about the processing to the staff and worker
  - Helping Sales team as representative of technical and manufacturing team
  - Communicate with Japan's HQ if needed
  - Make a plan to ensure all the process of manufacturing
  - Reports to the Japanese Director
  - Be an assistant to the Japanese Director
  - Other tasks as needed
