  • Job Description

    - Responsible for supervising the tenants in the new-opening shopping mall
    - To be a designer cum coordinator between the General contractor of the shopping mall and its tenants
    - Explain the guideline of designing for the shopping mall to tenants
    - Share information about the shopping mall with tenants
    - Get the request/order for designing from the tenants
    - Check the designing of the tenants carefully if it is okay/suitable for the mall
    - Talk and discuss with the tenants/Have a meeting with tenants
    - Give advice to the tenants
    - Design the tenant's lot with using Auto CAD
    - Supervise and control the tenants for the new opening
    - Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ★ A person who wants to get involved in new opening shopping mall
    - English: Intermediate (Internal communication)
    - Skill: Be able to use Auto CAD
    - Experienced: Related to interior designing, supervising site
    - Able to work in Hai Phong for the first year

    <Preferred>
    - Experienced involved in opening new shopping malls (such as AEON Mall, Vincom, Lotte etc.,), hotels or Condominium or Industrial park
    - Live in Hanoi now
