  • Job Description

    - Responsible for supervising the tenants in the new-opening shopping mall
    - Working as a contact for the owner (construction company) to coordinate and guide tenants about design and build the interior
    - To be one of the members as a coordinator between the General contractor and its tenants
    - Design the tenant's lot map (block plan) by using Auto CAD
    - Get the designing from the tenants
    - Have a talk with senior designers (coordinator) about the tenant's designings
    - Supervise and control the tenants for the new opening

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    ★ A person who wants to get involved in new opening shopping mall in Hai Phong
    - English: Conversational (Internal communication)
    - Skill: Be able to use Auto CAD
    - Be able to work in Hai Phong for the first year
    - Have an interest in interior designing, site management or related to this position

    <Preferred>
    - Experienced involving in opening new shopping malls (such as AEON Mall, Vincom, Lotte etc.,)
    - Live in Hanoi now
