  • Job Description

    - Responsible for plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
    - Contact with customer about quality this product.
    - Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
    - Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
    - Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
    - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
    - Manage for 18 operator.
    - Visit and discuss products with customers
    - Complaint handling

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - English(Upper-Intermediate Level)
    - Having QC QA experience in plastic injection manufacturing 　
    - At least 5 years experience as QA or QC

    <WANT>
    - Can speak Japanese.
    - Female prefer

  • English Level

    Upper-Intermediate Level
