    - Responsible in sourcing and procuring of products both local and abroad
    - Finds quality goods or services at an acceptable price that meet an organization's needs
    - Ensures that the company has the right materials and equipment necessary to function
    - Identifies suppliers that satisfy company's contracting and purchasing requirements
    - Maintains positive vendor relations
    - Assures suppliers deliver materials and services in accordance with standards of price, time, quantity and quality agreed upon
    - Make a report
    - Other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - 5 years of work experience as a Procurement/Purchasing Staff
    - Around 2 years of work experience as a Leader or Supervisor
    - N3 level of Japanese skills
    - Live in Hai Phong
    - Good at communicating with others, can negotiate with customers wisely, can keep trying to deal with difficulties, good at finding the way to solve the problem, can develop many kinds of things by him/herself

    - Have work experience in a Japanese company
