+ In charge of recruitment job
Phụ trách công việc tuyển dụng
+ Go on a business trip to provinces for implementing worker recruitment activities
Công tác tại các tỉnh thành để tiến hành các hoạt động tuyển dụng lao động phổ thông
+ Co-operate with PIC of provinces to deal with relating issues if any
Phối hợp cùng PIC tại các địa phương đối ứng, giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan nếu có
+ Making relationship with college, university, training school
Tạo lập và duy trì các mối hệ với các trường học, đơn vị đào tạo
+ Control training team
Quản lý nhóm đào tạo
+ Review training document periodically
Review tài liệu định kỳ
+ Be admin of recruitment fanpage of company
Admin quản lý fanpge tuyển dụng của công ty
+ Other jobs as assigned

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
+ 30-35 years old
+ Experience: at least 3 years experience in charge of recruitment, especially in worker recruitment
+ Willing to go on a business trip
+ Hard worker, enthusiastic
+ Have a passion for recruitment and training job
+ Good skills in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
<Advantage>
- Major in Economics, Foreign language, Technical...
- Having experience in running fan page, Facebook ads are advantages
- Having a good relationship with the vocational school, college, universityEnglish Level
