    - So they want to hire HR/GA manager who have connection in Vung Tau to hire potential CDDs.

    【Job Summary】
    -Hire new staffs for new factory
    -Go to university and hire fresh CDDs
    -Task of relate to robber contract
    -Building a system of policies of salary, welfare, appropriate and fair remuneration policies.
    -Salary calculation(Included Social, Medical insurance)
    -Evaluation staff with Manager
    -Implement recruitment policies appropriate for the company
    -Making monthly personnel reports
    -Join to job fare in the university or another place
    -Making system of Training

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Experience: HR manager for 3 years
    - English: Intermediate level
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level
    - Have connection in Vung Tau(Prefer with government in Vung Tau)
    - Worked in start up factory as HR.
