  • Job Description

    <Responsibilities>
    (i) Develop and execute marketing promotion plan to increase JCB card’s benefit.
    (ii) Increase the awareness of JCB and its promotions and brand service through various advertisement activities.
    (iii) Drive the merchant maintenance to increase JCB acceptance and visibility at merchants.
    (iv) Manage and work with the team, and control assigned budget to maximize effectiveness of the assigned business.
    (v) Assist the senior officers in the assigned business.

    <Promotion>
    (i) Define the target merchants for the promotion that would make JCB card more attractive to consumers and partner banks, and negotiate with the merchants with reasonable conditions and effective advertisement on site of the merchants.
    (ii) Update the status of the promotions, correct it timely and summarize the result for the further actions.
    (iii) Work with business partners to advertise JCB promotions and JCB brand name itself.
    (iv) Update the status of the advertisement, correct it timely and summarize the result for the further actions.
    (v) Collect and analyze the status of JCB’s competitors and reflect to JCB’s marketing activity.
    (vi) Support bank relation officers to inform the promotions to partner banks.
    (vii) Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.

    <Brand service>
    (i) Define the strategy and develop it, working with service providers and merchants etc.
    (ii) Update the status of the promotion, correct it timely and summarize the result for the further actions.
    (iii) Collect and analyze the status of JCB’s competitors and reflect to JCB’s service line-up.
    (iv) Work with business partners to advertise JCB promotions and JCB brand name itself.
    (v) Update the status of the advertisement, correct it timely and summarize the result for the further actions.
    (vi) Support the bank relation team to inform the promotions to partner banks.
    (vii) Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.

    <Merchant Maintenance>
    (i) Define the merchants and area for merchant maintenance.
    (ii) Work with business partners and/or the team to conduct the merchant maintenance.
    (iii) Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovative way of merchant maintenance.
    (iv) Update the status of the merchant maintenance to correct it timely and summarize the result for the further actions.
    (v) Support the bank relation team to cooperate with partners to increase JCB merchants and JCB logo visibility.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - English: Intermediate Level
    - Experience: for 3 years in credit card industry
    - Experience: in Marketing feild
    - Want to be Marketing staff
    <Better>
    - Can think and take action by yourself
    - Working in Vietnamese big banking that deal with JCB credit cards, not in foreign banking.
    - Experience: Marketing staff in credit card industry or Vietnamese Bank.
