• Job Description

  Current customer:
  • Achieve monthly sales target by taking any necessary method or proposal to get the deal.
  • Increase internal share from current customers.
  • To follow up closely on AR to avoid over due and bad debts.
  • To full filled prompt and on time submission for reports required by management.
  • Propose marketing program / dealer programs to take care current customers / increase sales.
  • Market study to understand company position and competitors.
  • Willing to take a variety of task to meet 100% customer satisfaction and provide the best solution.
  • Willing to take on task essential for meeting sales target.
  • Responsible for preparation for sales quotation, contract and all related document base on customer’s requirement.
  • Established and maintain good relationship with valued customers.
  • To faciltate with other departments in resolving customer’s complaint and operational issues to achieve customer’s satifation.
  • Any other task /responsibilities assign by superior.
  
  New customer:
  • Develop new customers, dealers. Visit 2-3 customers/ day.
  • Study and have solutions for new customers in order to get deal / sales / achieve target.
  • Propose solutions / method to approach new market / new customers.
  • Propose new method to get new customers.
  
  Others:
  • Improve reports efficiently.
  • Corporate with other department to understand and improve progress if possible.
  • Support other team member in knowledge of label / ribbon / printer.
