    One of our clients, a Japanese consulting firm dealing with M&A, Market research, and Investigate, is now looking for a Business Consultant.
    The main responsibility is handling the project related to M&A or Marketing research.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Survey and research companies that your client is considering buying in Vietnam
    -Conducting Marketing research and submitting the report to the Japanese client who is considering starting a business in Vietnam
    -Creating the documents related to M&A such as contracts, report
    -Supporting your clients in conducting the marketing research
    -Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Japanese manager, or your clients

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ＜MUST＞
    -Japanese: N2 intermediate
    -At least 3 years in Consulting firm or Bank (Related to M&A, Market research)
    -Having knowledge of M&A and M&A, Market research
    -Can go on a business trip to Singapore, Japan, etc.

    ＜WANT＞
    -Graduated from a famous university like a Foreign Trade University.
