  - Handle overall HR & GA functions such as Recruitment, Employment, Training, Employee
  - Calculate salary around 80 include workers
  - Relationship, Compensation Welfare & Benefits and all administration jobs.
  - Arrangement & Review all documentation related HR&GA jobs.
  - Check & Update Labour Laws or Company related Laws.
  - To be leader for Laws compliance such as Welfare committee.
  - Communicate and negotiate with government such as Labor & Welfare Department, Skill development Department, Police Station.
  - Communicate and advise all department on potential rule, regulation and disciplinary action.
  - Supervise, coach and train subordinate to perform as assigned.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments.
  - Other jobs assigned by Japanese General Manager.
